I own a computer store and this simulator project started when a friend in the aviation business gave me an ejector seat from a T 33. I love flying and thought I could simply mount this seat on an office chair base to be used as a neat platform for flight simulators .
Friends told me of cockpits they had seen on the net and I started searching. I found Ken Hill's incredible
"Joyrider". I ordered the plans and created a motion cockpit. I was hooked! It added a whole new dimension to simulated flying.
I have been experimenting with motion flight simulator. for almost ten years and
constructing aluminum units for five. I'm no longer connected with
my old design
so I get to develop new products, like the
"Cloudflyer" .
